Toyin Adebola

Founding Partner / Director at Castor Vali Services Nigeria, a Division of Castor Vali, UK


Toyin was born in 1969 in the city of Kano, Nigeria. He graduated from the Ahmadu Bello

University, Zaria in 1989 and has since then worked all across the country from Kano to

Maiduguri, Lagos and Port Harcourt in various capacities and across a number of

industries.

Toyin has over 30 years’ experience in corporate Nigeria, spanning roles in

logistics, sales, business development and government relations across sectors including

the petroleum industry, shipping, and capacity development.

He has worked in both small and large multinational organizations in the oil and gas and shipping industries at very senior roles. Prior to facing his private practices solely, his last stint was as General Manager of Nigeria operations for Union Maritime Limited, one of the largest private

shipping companies in the world.

He is a founding Partner/Director at Castor Vali Services Nigeria, a division of Castor Vali

UK, a versatile and very professional security company. Toyin is also a Director with a

company registered as Contractor with the Defense Headquarters of Nigeria.

He is agraduate of National Security and Country Resilience at the Galilee International

Management Institute in Israel where he obtained various certificates including a Post

Graduate Diploma in National Security, and a graduate of the Lloyds Maritime Academy,

London. Toyin has also served at management levels in the Nigerian shipping sector for

over fifteen years.

Toyin is an avid motorcycle adventure rider who has travelled across three continents on

his motorcycle, his approach and view of the world is shaped by his very wide human and

travel experiences

Machi Enwerekowe

Senior Partner/Board member of Jenn-Nickels Associates Ltd


Machi Enwerekowe is a former banker and holds degrees from the University of Nigeria and Enugu State University of Technology.


Currently a Marketing Communication consultant, he is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), and a Fellow of the Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators (IICA).


A senior partner/board member of Jenn-Nickels Associates Ltd., a business, financial and marketing advisory services firm, which works with startups, established SMEs and large corporates on business optimization, he is also a serial entrepreneur and co-founded House of Kala & Germach Premium Company.


A keen soccer enthusiast, he is an amateur coach in his spare time and also likes to refer to himself as a closet poet and creative artist.

Evans Ufeli, Esq.

Evans Ufeli Esq is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Principal Partner, The Chambers of Evans Ufeli, a Policy and Development Attorney with special interest in Litigation, Tax Consulting, Human Rights, Secured Credit Transactions, Energy Resources Law, Maritime and Company Law.

Evans is a Public Affairs Analyst with considerable experience in International Business Law, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Corporate Law and Jurisprudence.

Barrister Evans had his formative years at the Airforce Base, Port-Harcourt, Kaduna and Lagos before he discovered Etua – his hometown in Delta State, Nigeria. He studied at the University of Jos, the Lagos State University, The Nigerian Law School, the University of Lagos and at the Writers’ Bureau, Manchester England.

He is a writer with a strong craving for a better society. He is the convener, Cadrell Advocacy Centre – a non governmental organisation that provides Legal support for indigent citizens.

Evans is the presenter, ForDMasses on radio.

Evans is the chairman of Wise Edge International and he sits at the board of companies in Nigeria and across West Africa.

He is the author of The Gathering of the Tribes which underscore the socio-political unrest of the African continent . It addresses the unjust leadership construct, economic injustice and social inequalities in Africa with its numerous challenges,particularly as it relates to the distribution of the commonwealth of her inhabitant

Evans is currently a Research Fellow on Energy and Maritime Law at the University of Winterfell, Nigeria

He lives in Lagos and Etua in Nigeria.

With a passion to help youths achieve personal fulfillment, in 2010 Adewunmi was led to establish Young & Cerebral, (Y & C) a Media and Brand company with the objective to help youths triumph in their individual pursuits. As Founder and Media Manager, Young & Cerebral has created opportunities and offered extensive business trainings and programs to over 5000 Youths.


In the last 13 years under the umbrella of Young & Cerebral she has hosted the Dreamcity Radio show every Saturday Morning @10am on Unilag 103.1FM and currently hosts Signals Radio Show on Saturday Morning @10am on Lagos Talks 91.3FM. Signals is a talk radio show on Lagos Talks 91.3FM that profiles Thought-Leaders, Inventors, Influencers, Founders among others who have made a difference in a variety of Industries.


Largely over 40000 businesses have also benefited from Signals MarketPlace were people call in to sell their business for 30 seconds on the show and connect to their potential customers for free.


Adewunmi and her team has long propagated for the Self-actualization of youths across different backgrounds.

Joshua Tongman

Joshua graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in

2003, but has since turned his attention to media and communications. Having undergone series of training in media production, he began his career at Superbrands Nigeria, rising from the role of executive to head of corporate communications.

Thereafter, he worked in other roles and organisations in Lagos, Abuja and Jos. For the last 17 years, Joshua has been engaged in innovative, research-driven projects and initiatives both for small and large clients in corporate Nigeria and in the public sector. These engagements include roles in corporate communications, business development, strategic communications, brand

identity development, and content creation.

Joshua is a Director at Unimark Limited, a 360-degree marketing communications agency based in Jos and Abuja. He also has a senior role as Head of Strategy and Business Development. In this role, he has consulted on projects for ECOWAS, ITF, CIPE, and NASCO. He has also been a training resource person.

In addition to his media training, Joshua has received several management and enterprise development trainings including one from the Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre & British Council, and DDB Communications. He is also a Google certified Digital Marketer and is currently a trainee in Business Analytics and Data Science.

Joshua is also a professional documentary filmmaker, a journaler, and loves to

travel. These pastimes seamlessly intersect with his budding interest for social

impact projects.
